By placing an order with Pixels you agree:

That you are either the copyright holder for the photos,  films,  videos or music you present as part of your order, or you have the legal right to have them reproduced. Furthermore you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pixels Digital Services from any legal actions brought against it in connection with the services performed for you. 

Pixels Digital Services liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the order.
